Since my election I have been pressing the Government to
honour its commitment to create an adjudicator to ensure that supermarkets
offer British farmers a fair deal for their produce. Subject the passing of the
Groceries Adjudicator Bill through Parliament, such an adjudicator could be up
and running by 2013:
